Q: If I sign up for this program, what is my commitment?

A: Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis; we do not require long-term commitments. Our philosophy is simple: if you are happy with our services you will continue with us. You may cancel our agreement at any time; all we ask is a 30 day written notice. We are happy to provide references of clients, some of which have been on the program for over 20 years!

Q: Are new hardware and software installation costs covered under this agreement?

A: Yes, if the new hardware/software is purchased from CSS IT Solutions and added to the plan. If you are a client and purchase hardware and software from another vendor, you will receive a discount on our rates for the required installation and configuration. Note: The costs of the hardware and software are NOT included.

Q: Will you guarantee that I won’t have any technical problems or downtime?

A: No, we cannot guarantee that you will never have any technical problems or downtime; no one can. However, we will guarantee you will see a significant drop in the number of problems you experience and a dramatic improvement in the speed, performance, and reliability of your system. Plus, if you are a client, we will resolve any computer network problems without billing you additional fees.
